General terms of trade

Dear customer
Thank you for registering, and for your order. Please pay attention to our terms of delivery, and our general conditions of trade. Please only make any payment after having received from our side a contestation of your order, or a bill. Items sometimes may be sold out faster than your order because of daily sales at our show room!


GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE


Procedures
Once we have received your order or you won an auction, we shall get in touch with you, contesting the purchase, and informing you about the total costs.

Payment in advance

Delivery of items is only possible once your payment has arrived (for different possibilities please see below). No payment - no postage!


Furniture & spacious items
Furniture or any other spacious/heavy items may only be sold abroad in case the customer organizes for its transportation by a specialized company, which also handles all the paper work. Transportation including customs and the like have to be fully paid by the customer. The items will have to be picked up by such a company at our door, and under the said conditions.

The same applies to all other kinds of larger or heavier items not possible to send by normal mail. We do not have the capacity to look out for such companies, which deliver to your country.

Postage
Our packages are normally sent by Swiss Post, and the cheapest way possible. Should you want a faster delivery or a special service, you will have to specify. Apart from the mailing costs we charge an additional small fee for packaging and handling. Valuable items may be sent by registered mail.

Postage normally starts within three working days after the payment has arrived at one of our accounts.


Payment options

Our confirmation of your purchase includes the provision of different options for payment, i.e. different account numbers. Apart from a bank transfer we accept payments by PayPal (additional fees we have to pay to Paypal, 4% of total amount !).

Payments sent in envelopes (money, checks, other) are not accepted!

In Switzerland we also accept Twint!
